New Accounts:
Each new account must be approved by our sales representative in that territory. We require the general business information as well as a resale number before shipping to a new account.
Minimum order requirements:
There are never minimum order requirements at Accents Beyond. Every order is appreciated. We do however have a discount program for volume customers. Please contact your sale representative for further information on discounts.
Payment terms:
Accents Beyond offers Net 30 day terms to qualified accounts. These accounts will be approved by our Factor, CIT. We also accept Visa and Mastercard for those not wanting terms.
Freight charges:
We ship freight collect on all truck line shipments. We will use any carrier you select as long as they will pick up in High Point. Package shipments are sent prepaid and freight charges added to the invoice.
Damages:
Any damages of received goods should be noted on the delivering carrier’s bill of lading.
